HOW TO PROTECT LOADS IN OPEN TOP CONTAINERS
Despite having all other sides and missing only the roof, open-top containers require guaranteed cargo protection from the elements. As such, a durable tarpaulin is used to cover the top layer. The doors and covers can be sealed even more securely at customs, preventing mishandling. The tarp is secured with clamps. Protruding cargo is fitted in place using lashing rings.
