Our drivers have become experts at handling Rocky Mountain Montana and Great Plains Montana. Make your shipping experience stress-free by acquiring our reliable and timely escort car services.

Pilot cars escort over dimensional and overweight loads to guarantee the public’s and load safety. They are legal requirements, and their mode of operation is laid out in the specific permit for each load. Transporting oversized loads is a multilayered process that involves acquiring permits, conducting route surveys, obtaining consent letters from utility companies, and finally escorting the load to the delivery point. Our top-tier legal department ensures all state regulations are accounted for to avoid delays or fines. We conduct route surveys beforehand as they are necessary to identify the height clearances of bridges, underpasses, and overhead utilities. Also, our specialists take note of railway crossings, tight turns, and traffic patterns for efficient route planning. Oversize permits are valid for three to five days and are issued by the Montana Department of Transportation.
