"First and foremost, the logistics agent that I worked with was Corey McGarry and I owe him for making what was a very new and stressful experience for me, a very easy one. I needed my teardrop trailer and kayaks carried from Washington State to Pittsburgh. The quotes I was receiving was very high and I felt that the companies were pushy. I then called NTS for a quote and Corey was extremely helpful, understanding, low-key and his quote was very reasonable. He knew that we would need help at upload and made sure we did. He was in constant communication the whole way and responded to all of my questions and inquiries quickly. Although there were some issues in the in between with the actual carrier, Corey stepped in to have them addressed immediately and to my full satisfaction and is helping me with the claims process.
