The transport business at times feels like being in the Wild Wild West with nobody that you can trust. I contacted Nationwide Transport Services at just about my lowest point in dealing with a carrier that was holding my property hostage over a miscommunication that was all due to the broker who had hired the carrier on my behalf. I started out trying to make a last minute, over the weekend booking to get my stuff picked up by the hostage holding carrier and to my destination. To my amazement Hugo Brousset literally made a miracle happen and convinced the carrier to bring me my property at a less painful revised price. Only a true industry professional would take the time and care to give excellent customer service and follow-up to make something happen for which he stood to make not one cent. The fact that he stuck with it from Saturday all the way through Sunday, just because it was the right thing to do speak volumes for how I imagine he would take care of NTS' clients. I cannot say enough positive words to express my gratitude.

Worked with NTS and Hugo; we could not be more satisfied from beginning to end. Communication was crystal clear and Hugo went above and beyond to make sure all the actors involved with moving close to 45k pounds of pavers down the east coast after a snow storm, were in the loop. Actually thought the project was a pipe dream and Hugo had it done in less than a week! I really can't say enough about this company exceeding our expectations.

This was the best experience working with Hugo to move my camper trailer from California to Georgia. So professional and very helpful. He really helped relieve the stress and anxiety of moving my 1979 camper trailer on a flatbed. Omar the driver was also Amazing. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. The Best experience ever.

We've used these guys twice now. Once to move a forklift from our old shop to our new shop, and a second time to move a couple pallets of material from our warehouse to a jobsite. They are always punctual, upfront, and very responsive. We will definitely be using them exclusively going forward. Hugo was our point of contact and took excellent care of us.
