I cannot exclaim enough about all the assistance your employee Matteo gave me in my time of need.
I had scheduled a different hauling company to pick up my 5 th wheel RV and transport it across the country,
giving them 6 weeks advance notice to make sure they had all the time they needed to organize a driver. This
unnamed “superhero referenced”, unscrupulous, blatantly deceptive company, at the time guaranteed a pick
up on 5/1 and delivery on 5/4. With that guaranteed promise, I had scheduled the personal logistics of my
move to coincide with those dates. I had loaded all my belongings onto a moving truck, closed my business
accounts, donated my car, notified my employer and made all the arrangements for my destination help.
When trying to reach that company to confirm pickup, from 4/29 on, they would not even answer or return
my calls, emails or texts. I was close to panic on 5/1 when I decided to call your company.
At 5pm on that Friday night, it was nothing less than a miracle that I got ahold of your employee Matteo. I
explained the situation to him and described to him what I was promised by that other company and how they
had left me hanging with no communication. Matteo unselfishly gave me that night, for hours, and his entire
weekend to try to arrange for a truck to pickup and deliver my RV as soon as possible, working day and night
and keeping in constant contact with me with updates.
He was able to arrange a magnificent driver to pick up my RV on the following Monday and transport it safely
and efficiently to my location. Matteo followed up and kept with me throughout the process, even after the
delivery, to make sure all was done to my satisfaction and that I was completely pleased. I certainly was!!!
I hope you know what an exceptional employee you have, and what an exceptional driver you have
representing your company. If ever I need transport services again I would call your company and request
Matteo personally to assist in transporting anything I needed moved and would insist on the same driver, even
if it meant waiting for availability in his schedule.
I will not hesitate to recommend Matteo personally and the driver he sent to anyone who needed help in
transporting their property.
It is unfortunate there are unscrupulous trucking companies that all too often take advantage of people who
have never used a service like this before.
