Nelson Villalona

My son joined the Navy and is now stationed in California. We chose NTS to ship his vehicle from Denver, CO and it was much easier than I expected. I've paid $400 to have my car towed 1hr away - this was twice that for a 16h trip... I thought it was a great deal :) Nelson Villalona was my agent and he made it happen. Even though he was calling from Florida, he was easy to reach and kept me updated on the entire process. When the day arrived, I was provided with the car hauler driver's contact info, met up at the arranged time/place. The driver, Kevin, was professional - took plenty of before pictures/video of the car's condition; I signed a form on his phone, he loaded it up and off it went. 4 days later it arrived safe and sound in California. My son couldn't be happier to have his baby back before the weekend! If you're having doubts about NTS, put them to rest. These folks know what they're doing.

This is probably the best auto transport experience I've ever had. Nelson, my initial contact was very helpful before the car was picked up and continued to stay in contact until the car was delivered. The truck driver, Jeremy, was equally attentive. He contacted me shortly after pickup and called several times to keep me updated. The car was transported from New Jersey to New Mexico in just 6 days. I thought that was good too. I highly recommend National Transport Services and will use them again if the need arises.

Nelson was so helpful with our move. We had scheduled a transport to Florida from Seattle and had to make last minute changes not only to our load pickup but to our destination. Nelson never blinked, he just made the change and our materials all arrived as promised. Thanks again Nelson.
