Discovery Channel Logo

Our NTS Team was hired by Discovery Channel to find specific vintage cars and ship them for their Sticker Shock show. Among the shortlisted cars were the unique Blue Ray III, Keller Super Chief and a StarCraft StarCruiser. Sticker Shock is a show that was launched on May 2nd 2018. The show is hosted by tv personality “car dork” Dennis Pittsenbarger joined by a team of experienced appraisers.  The aim of the show is to determine the worth of these old goodies as well as unveil their memories. This list had about 200 classic cars that were to be shipped to LA from all over the country within the given time frame. We shipped all the vintage cars using our enclosed trailers. This was to protect these unique rides from any harm. Executing the whole shipment successfully called for the involvement of everyone. From loading to unloading, everything had to be done right.

Safe and Timely Delivery of Classic Cars
AutoTransport.com has always risen up to the occasion. We have never backed off from any task. From carefully loading the classic cars to our team of experts flying to LA to oversee the drop off, we did everything right. With some cars coming from as far as Alaska, our specialist did a great job in coordinating everyone and everything to have all the vintage cars delivered on time and safely. We acquired permits for each of the cars and contingency insurance. The insurance for the entire shipping was high. We kept a consistent communication channel with clients and kept them updated in every step of the way. After a lot of hard work and cooperation, all the cars were safely and timely delivered to LA for the show. However, the task was not to end there. After the show, we were to ship each of the vintage cars back to their owners. Our specialists again coordinated the shipment and ensured each car was safely loaded and in the right trailer. Some vintage cars were bigger than others meaning they all required different types of trailers to ensure they were not bruised on the way in or out. Again, the shipment went as planned and every owner of a vintage car got it back the same way it had been taken.
