Pilot Car and Escort Vehicle Company in Wyoming

A Reliable Escort Vehicle and Pilot Car Company in Wyoming

Escort vehicles are mandatory in every state when moving bulky vehicles, equipment, or raw materials that are over-dimensional or overweight. Nationwide Transport Services provides dependable pilot car services in all 50 states for long—and short-haul shipments. Our drivers are highly qualified and experienced for cross-state trips, which can be difficult. We regularly move loads along the Wyoming interstates and will pick up your load across the state.

We guarantee our customers safe and swift shipments for their oversized loads. Our logistics specialists plan and choose the best route for your load by conducting a route survey. A route survey is done in a marked pilot car and involves taking data on the height clearances and weight ratings of bridges, overhead utilities, railway crossings, and traffic patterns. We also take into consideration the permit approval times, which are route-dependent. Wyoming oversized permits are valid for one day or one trip and can be obtained from ports of entry, but the driver must call ahead at least one hour before arrival to obtain a clearance number.
