Mr. Derrick Smith, a Logistics Agent with Nationwide Transportation Services, LLC is TOP NOTCH!!! I called Nationwide Transportation Services between 3-4 A. M. and Derrick answered my call. He listened to my situation, then he worked with me for a resolution. I was in a desperate situation and hundreds of miles away from my new house/home, and I needed my vehicle transported home. Derrick did not stop working on my behalf and situation until he found and scheduled an available driver/transporter for my vehicle. Before speaking with Derrick, I communicated with a multitude of other transportation services companies and they ALL failed me and left me hanging. They lied to me saying drivers were available and were arriving to pick up my vehicle at a certain time and they were a no show. Also, some of those companies ask for deposits upfront and they are dishonest in their dealings. I have already begun the process of disputing any fraudulent charges on my credit card. I do not have to concern myself with that process with Nationwide Transportation Services, they are an honest organization😊! I highly recommend Mr. Derrick Smith with Nationwide Transportation Services for the services they provide. I will recommend Nationwide Transportation Services to my family, friends, and others who may need that service. They will not be disappointed. Derrick made this process WAY less stressful than I assumed it would be. He explained everything in easy to understand terms and detail. Expectations were set up front and met in the end. Even with 2 winter storms and 2k+ miles, he kept the price within budget and got my Jeep to its final destination safely and within the promised timeline.
