I was simply inquiring on getting a bucket truck towed or hauled the first company I went with came recommended by a friend and it was a complete nightmare I specifically asked them not to take the 81 route I’ve had a class A unrestricted since I was 18 years old I’ve drove trucks in over 38 states I knew the motor the hills and the DPF wouldn’t take it so it was stranded in West Virginia With all that said now the truck is in forced regen mode and I was in a bind I contacted Gilbert at heavy haulers and to put it simply I was very blunt just wanted a straight quote and answer and he absolutely nailed it he made the haul painless no issues only solutions truck showed up next day even the driver was absolutely amazing great to talk to and deal with Because if Gilbert heavy haulers has 100% gained a customer I will be contacting him for any of my hauling needs and I’ve even been in contact with a area manager at Asplundh construction, Henkels & McCoy, Lee electric, Atlantic City electric and a few friends of mine at Altec and none of them could believe the permit haul could be done for that price so I have no doubts that because of Gilbert heavy haulers just potentially gained some major clients and most definitely gained me as a client as a business owner myself it’s rare to receive this kind of service I tip my hat to you Gilbert and thank you for enjoyable experience because of you the bucket truck is here and running great and saving me time and making me money!
