I submitted a quote request this past Sunday evening, and I received a phone call within the hour from JD Davis. He was professional, responsive, and quick to understand our company's needs. JD had a quote to move our container within 24 hours, along with all the necessary paperwork. On the day of pickup and delivery, JD called our company to confirm everything was ready for his driver to safely retrieve the container. He kept us updated on timing and travel as the shipment was in transit. When the container arrived, the driver did an excellent job working with our team to determine the best spot to place it. We were thoroughly impressed with this company—from the initial point of contact through to final delivery. We will absolutely be working with them again in the future.

We needed a truck/trailer to haul cargo containers from Chicago to our factory in Appleton, WI on Friday afternoon, 1/26/24. The carrier we had arranged to transport them had a breakdown and was unable to deliver. I called Nationwide Transport Services and spoke with JD Davis, explained the problem, and asked him to find a trucker to haul our containers. We had less than 3 hours to load the containers from the depot before it closed for the weekend. Within 20 minutes, JD had two options ready for us to choose from. We picked one, and within the hour, NTS had the containers loaded and on their way to Wisconsin. Everything went PERFECTLY—not a single flaw, question, or issue. The paperwork was clear, easy to sign and return, and the pricing was extremely reasonable—especially for a Friday afternoon with such a small window of time. We HIGHLY recommend working with JD and NTS for all your transport needs. We’ve already added him to the top of our preferred vendors list after he made a miracle happen with zero advance notice. We’re now scheduling weekly loads with him going forward. JD’s customer service was top-notch. He followed up with driver info, ETA, and contact numbers Friday night so we could prepare a crew to unload. Then, he called again the next day to confirm delivery and check if we were satisfied. How often does someone follow up like that? That’s REAL customer service! We are incredibly impressed with JD and Nationwide Transport Services. Thank you for doing exactly what you promised—and getting the job done. Very happy customer for life.
